From the outset we decided that our agents would be home-based, equipping them with the latest technology to allow them to work from home. We recognised that working from home was the key to a happier lifestyle and healthier work/ life balance. And of course we now have more information on the environmental benefits of remote working and its positive effect on reducing damaging carbon dioxide emissions.
