Six years ago Charlotte was about to quit the industry, and Donna could see the future was in home-based working. They talked, they agreed, they met the chairman of Travel Counsellors, and they booted the High Street into touch. The girls from Cheshire swiftly embraced a new way of working that encouraged the smiles you see here. So what have they got to say today?

 

Since joining Travel Counsellors the two former High Street managers have grown their own thriving businesses. “The set up was easy,” said Charlotte. “After three days training at HQ we got our computer, printer, fax and scanner and then it was plug in and we were ready to rock n roll. We haven’t looked back.”

“I have Fridays off, I go to the gym and I meet my girlfriends again. I’ve got a real work life balance,” says Charlotte.

“It’s vital. We have a weekly Travel Counsellors TV show. It keeps us informed and motivated,” Charlotte.
